Product details

information

This CNC vibratory bowl feeder is independently designed and manufactured by Suzhou Vibrant Automation Co., Ltd. (Brand: VIBROITE). The bowl is made of white POM engineering plastic, precisely machined by 5-axis CNC, offering excellent wear resistance, low noise, and part-friendly handling—especially suitable for medical plastic components.

With a 250 mm bowl diameter, the system features a single-track bowl with linear feeder. The track is designed with a 45° inclined discharge, combined with a misalignment sorting mechanism to ensure consistent part orientation.

At the end of the track, a pneumatic flipping mechanism rotates the parts from an inclined position to a horizontal orientation, enabling easy and accurate pick-up by fixtures or robotic systems, significantly improving downstream assembly efficiency.

The feeder operates smoothly at 40–60 pcs/min, making it ideal for medical devices, disposable medical products, and precision plastic components requiring clean, quiet, and reliable feeding.
